Service availability may vary depending on location and scheduling.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may change if the actual condition, size, or scope of work differs from the original estimate. Any additional services will be discussed and approved before work begins.
3. Appointments
Customers are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to access the property, additional charges may apply.
Although we make every effort to arrive on time, delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.
4. Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved payment methods available through our website or provided by our team.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and efficient cleaning experience, customers agree to:

7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate solution.
8. Limitation of Liability
Angel Maids is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from structural defects, improper installation, or items not suitable for cleaning. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours after the service has been completed.
